Finally got to see these tapestries in An Táin Arts Centre in Dundalk, Co. Louth, my home town, and it was worth the wait. As you enter the main door you see them towering over the reception desk in front of you. I would have loved to have been a part of this project but only artists living in the five counties associated with the mythical story the tapestries are based on where invited to participate.
